This phase includes all early work to help each client understand the stages, timing of each phase, scheduling aspects and cost associated with each project no matter the size, cost or duration.  We can help with all stages from third party engineering companies, to each specific specialty subcontractor to overseeing as the General Contractor. We also work with multiple vendors for procurement and logistics of all material if needed. Our top priorities are to always execute every project as safely as possible while providing the lowest costs, & to stay on top of schedules for a timely delivery. We work closely with all teams to create your vision and goals.

We strive to utilize the industries strongest and most qualified workforce along with all of our trusted subcontractors, we keep the entire team  accountable throughout the entire build process. From the proper sequence, to overall production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal and deliver every project at the highest safety level achievable. Attention to detail and transparency is a key core value that we achieve.

The final closeout process is sometimes the most rewarding & painful part of a project for everyone, we work closely with all parties to ensure that the final closeout is as seamless as possible. We take pride in finding as many of our punchlist items as possible and closing these out before they become an outstanding open item or issue. This phase includes site cleanup, final reclamation, systems training, final inspections, commissioning efforts and move-in coordination. After completion of any work scope, we have a final walkdown to ensure your complete satisfaction and system sign offs for each sub system or as a complete system which ever is desired .
